She has spent her 12 years in practice specialising in all aspects of franchising from advising franchisees who are looking to buy a franchise to helping businesses franchise their business and assisting both franchisees and franchisors with terminations/exits and dispute management.

Amy began her career in a niche commercial law practice with a strong reputation in franchising and developed and led the franchise practices at a number of firms before becoming a consultant. In addition to Amy’s franchise expertise, Amy regularly advises employers in relation to both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. She has been described as a “safe pair of hands who protects her clients’ interests”.
