Advising Seller in Sale of Alchemy Technology Services to NTT DATA

Aria Grace Law CIC is pleased to have advised the shareholders of Alchemy Technology Services Limited, a leading insurance technology services provider, on its successful sale to Japanese giant NTT DATA, a global leader in AI, digital business and technology services.

The transaction marks a significant milestone for Alchemy Technology Services Limited, enabling the company to accelerate its growth and expand its service offering under the NTT DATA umbrella. The deal was completed earlier in the summer, following a competitive process, comprehensive due diligence, and rigorous negotiations. City firm Eversheds Sutherland acted for NTT DATA.
