Diana is a senior corporate and commercial lawyer with over 15 years of experience during which time she has worked at City and international firms Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Shearman and Sterling and more recently at State Street Corporation. She has great experience in the financial services sector advising on commercial, corporate, funds and bank documents. Diana can advise you on service agreements, commercial disputes, outsourcing and delegation arrangements and shareholder agreements as well as banking and security documentation.
