Jodie is a skilled commercial and corporate lawyer, who has over 15 years’ experience in advising a broad range of clients from a wide range of sectors on their corporate and commercial affairs. She has a particular interest in supporting start-up and developing businesses, both in establishing and securing their businesses with effective, user friendly commercial contracts, and in advising on M&A opportunities as they develop.

Jodie is also an international equestrian athlete, and combines her extensive knowledge of the equine industry with her legal acumen to provide sound commercial advice to a wide range of equestrian and rural businesses. She was ranked in Chambers for her work in Equine Law in 2022 and 2023, and joins Aria Grace Law CIC to develop the Aria Grace Equine Law practice.

More About Jodie

Jodie advises clients of all sectors who seek to secure and develop their businesses, from CEOs to people starting out. She has experience in preparing all types of commercial contracts, and enjoys developing bespoke solutions for effective allocation of commercial risk. She can also act as an in-house counsel for small businesses, for all day-to-day operational legal issues. 


Within the equine sector, she advises clients ranging from governing bodies of sport to bloodstock agents, retail brands to PR firms, veterinary practices, professional riders, owners, patrons and individuals. 


In recent years Jodie has also developed a keen interest in the wraparound childcare sector, providing advice to OOSA and its members on a range of areas, and speaking at the Club Central conference in 2023.
