Karin is a highly experienced and very well-regarded employment lawyer having worked in some of the largest UK firms and has over 20 years’ experience. Her expertise includes settlement agreements; disciplinary and grievance procedures; employment documentation including terms and conditions of employment, staff handbooks, directors service agreements, and consultancy agreements; employment law training and workshops; restructuring and redundancy; TUPE and outsourcing and tenders; discrimination, unfair dismissal and wrongful dismissal claims. Karin also has extensive tribunal litigation experience.
