Louise was previously a partner at Allen & Overy LLP and Pinsent Masons LLP.

Louise has extensive experience in advising on all corporate transactions. She has excellent project management skills and a pragmatic and commercial style. She has the confidence to challenge the status quo whilst delivering robust advice sensitively and with a collaborative approach. She is also a first-tier Tribunal Judge (hearing immigration and welfare benefits appeals), and a director of Pembroke VCT PLC, the main market listed investment trust. She is also Vice-Chair and Chair of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee of Women’s Pioneer Housing, which provides affordable accommodation for vulnerable women.
