She has extensive experience in advising on Islamic finance transactions.

Aziza has advised the HMT Treasury on their proposed structures for the issue of a UK Government Sterling Alternative Finance Bond.
She also advised the Financial Services Authority on the regulatory treatment of Alternative Finance Investment Bonds in the UK and in other jurisdictions.
