Jeff Durkin

Jeff is a very experienced commercial lawyer with over 30 years’ experience as a partner in private practice, including senior legal management roles with major international companies. Jeff has particular experience in the upstream and downstream energy, petrochemical and alternative energy sectors as well as in the wider corporate/commercial field. Jeff has extensive contract negotiation and project management skills and experience. He is used to working as an integral and valuable part of a multi-discipline project team and delivering pragmatic legal advice relevant to the overall strategic and commercial objectives of his clients.
