Founder | CEO

Lindsay Healy founded Aria Grace Law at the end of 2018. He is a corporate lawyer having spent the first part of his career working at Norton Rose Fulbright and latterly at Xchanging PLC/CSC a FTSE 250 company. He set up Aria Grace Law CIC to overhaul the traditional legal market which not only suffers from a lack of diversity, inclusion, equality, transparency, and equal pay but one which was also predicated on greed and poor value to clients. His solution is to place lawyers, clients and society in one ecosystem, where when one section thrives, so do the others.
His vision for Aria Grace Law CIC is to continue growing with top-quality lawyers, focusing on excellent client solutions, while generating increasing profits, all of which are donated to charities. As the company’s number of lawyers and clients increases, so too will the funds available for charity.
He has grown Aria Grace Law CIC within 6 years from 1 lawyer and 2 corporate clients to 1000+ clients and over 50 lawyers. He has been featured in several publications, including The Times, The Lawyer, The Law Society Gazette and The Global Legal Post.
Lindsay specialises in corporate and commercial legal advice, M&A, funding, complex outsourcing, UK & EU GDPR, technology deals, BPO, outsourcing, SAAS, employment law, insurance, commercial contracts, intellectual property rights, distributor agreements, and reseller agreements.
