She has completed her training contract with Flex Legal, during which she undertook secondments across the marketing and advertising, automotive and chemicals industries, and is currently undergoing the process to qualify as a solicitor.

• Advising on compliance with data protection laws and supporting the data protection team with day-to-day queries.
• Reviewing and updating data protection and employment policies, procedures and notices including Privacy Notices, Complaints Policy, and Whistleblowing Policy.
• Collaborating with an in-house legal team to support it in designing and developing an Artificial Intelligence policy applicable to the organisation.
