Nick Price is a senior commercial litigator with 17 years of experience, including almost a decade at equity partner level. His practice spans complex civil and commercial disputes, property litigation, contentious probate, Court of Protection matters and construction related advisory work. He brings substantial leadership experience from his time as Managing Partner, Compliance Officer for Legal Practice and Complaints Partner at Latham & Co., where he oversaw firmwide risk, operations, and client service improvements.
Nick advises a broad range of clients, from SMEs and high growth businesses to professionals, landowners and commercial organisations. His approach is pragmatic, detail driven and solutions focused, combining strategic insight with hands on experience across High Court, County Court and First tier Tribunal proceedings.
Before joining Aria Grace Law CIC, Nick spent over 11 years at Latham & Co. in various senior positions, including Equity Partner and Managing Partner. His remit included operational leadership, regulatory compliance, complaints handling, professional indemnity liaison, salary and payroll oversight and implementing firmwide efficiency initiatives such as transitioning to digital dictation and appointing new brokers and accountants.
Nick’s background is notably broad. He trained in a high street practice undertaking a full mix of contentious and non contentious work, later adding experience in criminal defence for commercial clients. He has also worked with national firms including DAC Beechcroft and BPE Solicitors, and he maintains a strong network of professional referrers across construction, private wealth, property, commercial litigation and specialist industries.
