She advises clients on a wide range of commercial contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, service agreements, terms and conditions, distribution agreements, introducer agreements, consultancy agreements, research agreements, studentships and bespoke multi-million-pound international framework agreements.
Poh Leng’s expertise also extends to intellectual property arrangements, information technology agreements and data protection law. She is experienced in managing the commercial law aspects of mergers and acquisitions and is known for her strong negotiation skills and pragmatic approach, backed by her experience running businesses in the UK, UAE and Pakistan.
