Rory Graham

Rory is one of the UK’s leading technology lawyers, having led practices at Baker McKenzie and Bird & Bird. Rory has acted on several hundred transactions in the UK, US and globally, with a value exceeding $50 billion. He is described in professional directories as “leading the pack” and “tough to come up against.”

Rory’s clients include New York Stock Exchange-listed tech businesses to early-stage tech companies. Rory is a law graduate of Magdalene College, Cambridge. He was previously General Counsel to Jersey’s Telecoms Regulator where he advised the Government of Jersey on its telecommunications security legislation.

Rory’s practice covers corporate and commercial work, principally in the technology sector, including outsourcing and procurement deals, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as on commercial agreements. He also provides telecoms regulatory advice.

Rory is the chair of the Legal Counsels’ Forum of the International Institute of Communications. He is chair of the London Firebird Orchestra and honorary solicitor to the annual Story of Christmas charity event.

Rory divides his time between his home in Jersey and the UK.
