Suezanne King

Suezanne is a commercial Solicitor and Partner at Aria Grace Law CIC, with over 15 years’ experience in practice. She advises companies, owner-managed businesses, partnerships and property investors on commercial and property disputes, drawing on a broad background spanning corporate advisory, real estate and commercial litigation work. Suezanne read law at undergraduate level (LLB) and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales in 2011. Prior to joining Aria Grace Law, she founded and ran her own practice, building her expertise across commercial dispute resolution and property work. Her practice today centres on two connected areas: corporate and partnership matters. This includes acting for owner-managed companies, partnerships and joint ventures on shareholder agreements, director duties, partnership structures and exits, and property and commercial disputes, with a particular focus on developer and investor matters, joint venture disagreements, co-ownership disputes and boundary issues. As an experienced solicitor, she handles matters end-to-end, from early-stage advisory and negotiation through to formal proceedings.

More about Suezanne

Suezanne is known for working directly with her clients, rather than through layers of juniors. Commercial clients value her plain-spoken, results-focused approach, and the continuity of dealing with the same senior solicitor throughout a matter. She is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and acts for clients across England and Wales. Beyond contentious work, Suezanne has a particular interest in supporting owner-managed businesses and property investors through commercially sensitive moments such as joint ventures, partnership restructures, shareholder exits and the resolution of disputes between co-owners, partners and directors. Her combination of transactional and contentious experience allows her to advise clients on commercial risk before disputes arise, and to resolve them efficiently when they do.
