Roger has built up over 30 years' experience working in the Lloyd’s, London and international insurance marketplace, working for companies such as Aon, HSBC and Marsh. During his career in the insurance sector, Roger has held several senior positions, leading technical, claims, operations and change functions, both in the UK and globally. Roger is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute and of the Institute of Leadership & Management and a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
