Rory is one of the UK’s leading technology lawyers, having led practices at Baker McKenzie and Bird & Bird. Rory has acted on several hundred transactions in the UK, US and globally, with values exceeding US$50 billion. He is described in professional directories as “leading the pack” and “tough to come up against.” His practice covers corporate/commercial work, principally in the technology sector, including outsourcing/procurement deals; corporate finance; mergers and acquisitions; and joint ventures. Rory’s clients include NYSE-listed tech businesses to early-stage tech companies. Rory is a law graduate of Magdalene College, Cambridge.  He is also general counsel to Jersey’s Competition and Telecoms Regulator.
