Rowan is a commercial transactional lawyer, with over 15 years' experience, both in private practice and in-house. Rowan was the General Counsel for an international charity, the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, and was responsible for setting-up and running its legal department. Prior to working at the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, Rowan was a senior manager in Accenture in their financial services legal team, as well as being part of their "market making team" which deals with the most innovative, complex and high value transactions. Rowan has also worked for Herbert Smith in their IP/IT legal team, and (what was) Lloyds TSB as an IT lawyer.
