Lindsay founded Aria Grace Law at the end of 2018 and is a corporate lawyer having spent the last 20 years at Norton Rose and latterly at CSC/Xchanging as the general counsel. He has undertaken a wide variety of work including on contractual matters, policies, procedures, training and in engaging with external stakeholders (including auditors and regulators). He has grown Aria Grace Law within 3 years from 2 corporate clients to 300+ corporate clients and over 40 lawyers. Beata Dunn

Beáta is a transactional and regulatory finance lawyer, with an established track record of advising on a variety of finance projects (lending, securitisation, public & private equities) and other regulatory aspects over the past 20 years, working with sponsors, arrangers, trustees, funds and banks across the globe. Energetic, versatile and commercially savvy, Beáta enjoys structuring and creating new strategies. She is committed to bringing her extensive experience to the world of innovative impact and green finance. Beáta is a Georgetown Law Master Graduate, an English law qualified solicitor and Slovak advocate.

Emmanuel is a technology and data privacy lawyer working with businesses that are using technology to innovate. Deals he works on include major IT projects, software licensing, SaaS and cloud hosting. He works with corporates like Apigee (Google), Wm Morrisons plc, Pentaho Corp., WorkForce Software LLC etc. He also conducts worldwide trade mark applications including brand clearance searches, objections and oppositions. He helps businesses with data privacy compliance and making sure data can be gathered and exploited legally. His work also includes advising start-ups on formation, IP, launch, operations, and fundraising. He is a Stanford Technology Entrepreneurship alumnus and sits on the Advisory Board of several tech start-ups.

Gemma Cullis

Gemma has over 20 years' experience gained in private practice (including 8 years at Reynolds Porter Chamberlain) and later in-house (Sky, Centrica/British Gas). She is a general commercial lawyer with specialist experience in intellectual property, advertising and marketing law and sponsorship law, having looked after the British Swimming sponsorship for British Gas during an Olympic year. Gemma's strengths lie in seeking pragmatic and commercial solutions to legal problems and in capturing them in concise and clear language

Jacob Meagher

He is a full TEP member of STEP, Chartered in Banking, Quality and Management, is a Certified Fraud Examiner, a Fellow of the International Compliance Association, Certified Governance Practitioner, and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments, amongst many other professional accreditations. He specialises in contentious matters and helping clients manage risk, often advising boards. An expert in constructive and breach of trust, civil fraud, equitable remedies, offshore structures and trusts, corporate governance and proceeds of crime. He holds security clearance and works with government agencies. His advice is regularly relied on by chambers as an expert witness or advisor. Melissa Mape

Melissa is an experienced commercial lawyer with particular expertise in the technology sector. She qualified in 2003 as a commercial litigator, and advised on a range of commercial, employment and corporate disputes, before moving to a broader role at Allen & Overy advising on contentious and non-contentious employment benefits, as well as non-contentious aspects of corporate transactions. Melissa also spent 12 months seconded to the Pensions Regulator advising on regulatory and enforcement powers. In 2012 Melissa moved in-house to a technology company, during which she managed all legal affairs including its exit. Mike Thornton

Mike has over 20 years banking and finance legal experience. Initially Mike worked for the sell side (JPMorgan, Citigroup and Credit Suisse) specialising in OTC Derivatives. Mike then spent 10 years advising the Buy Side (BMO F&C, Insight Investment and First State Investments) on trading documentation, regulatory reform and governance. Mike has designed trading platforms, procured IT, and built and led in house teams. Parminder Bains

Rowan Middleton-Leal

Sharif Hamid

Sharif has over 20 years’ experience delivering risk and compliance large scale remediation and transformation programmes (e.g. HSBC, RBS, Barclays, Lloyds, Visa, GE) across the UK, US, Europe Far East and the Middle East having worked in each region. Mark has over 24 years’ experience in legal finance matters, with 15 of those running the European billing & revenue collection function for a major US law firm. Victoria Mills

Business Operations Manager

Victoria is responsible for the strategic planning and organisation of processes to develop vision, mission, goals and objectives, in addition to providing support to partners.  She has the ability to build successful relationships and is a firm believer in effective communication. Victoria has over four years' management experience within the legal sector and previously spent 11 years working with The British Transport Police.

Maryam Diomande

Operations & Marketing Apprentice

Maryam is responsible for supporting the operations and marketing activities of Aria Grace Law. She has joined the firm on a 6-month placement as an apprentice in order to gain further experience and develop her skills. She has a keen interest in working towards creating a fairer and more ethical world. Through her studies and previous work experience, she has developed strong administrative, interpersonal and team building skills and is hoping to further develop her skill-set at Aria Grace Law whilst also supporting the firm in its growth.
