Victoria is responsible for the strategic planning and organisation of processes to develop vision, mission, goals and objectives, in addition to providing support to partners.  She has the ability to build successful relationships and is a firm believer in effective communication. Victoria has over four years' management experience within the legal sector and previously spent 11 years working with The British Transport Police.
