Yvonne is a highly experienced corporate and commercial contracts lawyer, with a demonstrable history of working in the legal services industry internationally, both in-house and in private practice (including at Clifford Chance, Minter Ellison Rudd Watts and Bowman Gilfillan) for over 15 years. She has also worked as a senior lecturer at the College of Law, London. Yvonne has a pragmatic, client-focused approach to commercial, corporate and data protection law, and works closely with clients to fully understand their commercial and legal needs.
