Recent work

  • Successfully obtained the first and only recognition and enforcement of a foreign (EU) judgment in Italy, in accordance with the convention (1215/2012) despite strong opposition from the Italian counterparty. They incorrectly argued that the EU judgment violated Italian public policy, which is the only valid reason to deny recognition and enforcement. The case lasted several years and reached the Italian Supreme Court of Cassation, which ultimately granted recognition and enforcement, fully rejecting the Italian opposition. This landmark decision marks a significant achievement.

  • Additionally, he served as an Italian and International Arbitrator and Mediator, handling various issues.
