Andrew specialises in tech, data, e-commerce, fintech, cloud, data protection including so called ‘big data’ plays (including data storage and security) and intellectual property. His transactional work includes all types of outsourcings (including BPO, desktop, email and infrastructure), FM, JVs, system integrations, ERP implementations, re-engineering and transformational projects for corporates, financial institutions, private equity groups, developers, investors, greenhouse funds and governmental bodies.

More About Andrew
Prior to joining UK law firm Burges Salmon LLP in 2001 as partner and head of their technology, outsourcing and data protection practices, Andrew was a founding partner in 1998 of the London office of Shaw Pittman (subsequently merging to become Pilsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman) following five years at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and before that at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Andrew was the international director of the National Outsourcing Association for fourteen years, one of two UK representatives on the board of the European Outsourcing Association for six years and he was appointed in 2019 to the Executive Council of the Global Sourcing Association.
