Michael Mulholland
​Michael is a lawyer with over 25 years of legal experience and with 20 years of specialisation in data protection law. Michael undertakes Data Protection Officer roles on behalf of Aria Grace Law CIC (“AGL CIC”) for client entities operating in UK and EU countries. Michael oversees effective support of organisations’ Privacy Management Programmes (“PMPs”). Being part of AGL CIC enables Michael to act independently and without conflict of interest. Michael supports gradual maturation and implementation of continual privacy improvement over time.

More About Michael
Michael has implemented privacy compliance across a range of industries including banking, insurance, utilities, defence, technology and telecommunications. He retains a key interest in the latest CJEU case law, Artificial Intelligence Regulation and global and European perspectives on personal data protection. Michael is a keen advocate of continual learning and development. He recently completed a Master's in Information Rights Law and Practice. The project element of the master's focused on the major social media companies’ use of personal data and available legal remedies to counter societal impact.
Michael is a personable individual and able to put client individuals at ease. He grasps the issues and supports the client to achieve its strategy and deliver its goals. Michael provides the requisite level of expertise.
