Nick's clients (companies, partnerships and individuals) have been involved in areas as diverse as media, fashion, sports, telecoms, shipping and energy. Nick also assists in resolving shareholder disputes. Most recently, Nick was a founder member and then for four years chairman of SME Alliance. This high-profile support organisation helps owners of small and medium-sized enterprises and other victims of bank fraud, lobbying on their behalf. He has represented several of those fraud victims. Nick also writes and lectures on legal issues, from the creation of start-ups to directors' duties and corporate governance.
