The Challenge

NVOY Technologies operates in a unique circumstance with the flexibility to provide solutions to clients either remotely or on-site. Throughout the pandemic, NVOY Technologies’ services facilitated the rapid deployment of solutions for clients transitioning to remote work. As businesses gradually returned to in-office work, NVOY Technologies expanded its services portfolio to accommodate this shift. As a result, NVOY Technologies can now offer solutions suitable for organisations of all sizes, structures and geographical locations.

NVOY Technologies recognised the need to align its Managed Services Agreement with its core value proposition and to ensure compliance with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“EU GDPR”) and the United Kingdom’s General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”) along with the Data Protection Act 2018 (“DPA”) – particularly when dealing with larger companies. This is where Aria Grace Law CIC entered the picture.

The Solution

Aria Grace Law CIC, founded by Lindsay Healy, collaborated closely with NVOY Technologies to understand a wide range of service variations and potential liabilities that needed to be incorporated into NVOY Technologies’ Managed Services Agreement. Both parties appreciated the importance of drafting a Managed Services Agreement that not only met the specific needs of NVOY Technologies but also allowed for a degree of customisation by the NVOY team itself due to the nature of their wide client portfolio. Additionally, these customisation parameters would result in cost savings for NVOY as the documentation would not require repetitive revisions and iterations.
