Victoria is an experienced employment lawyer, a Level 7 CIPD-qualified HR professional, accredited external workplace investigator, practising coach and a non-executive director.
She is also an author, speaker, trainer and coach in the field of human performance.
Victoria has extensive experience in advising on employment law and HR issues covering the employment life cycle including recruitment & onboarding, employee management, employee engagement, equality, diversity & inclusion, TUPE, re-organisations, redundancies, settlement agreements and other exit strategies.

More About Victoria
Victoria started her career as an RAF Officer, leading and managing high-performing teams of up to 300 people. This gave her a wealth of hands-on, practical experience of employee management and employee engagement, which helps enormously when advising clients.
When Victoria left the military, she continued her legal training and has since worked with a large variety of employer clients across all sectors, including the military, universities, local authorities, banking and other professional corporate organisations, not-for-profit companies, SMEs, charities and third sector organisations.
Victoria also provides bespoke online and in-person training on all aspects of employment law and is a professional trainer in leadership and management development.

Victoria is often described as energetic, authentic, good at building relationships and attune to understanding risk tolerance. Victoria always starts by asking what her clients want to achieve.
