More About Victoria

Victoria started her career as an RAF Officer, leading and managing high-performing teams of up to 300 people. This gave her a wealth of hands-on, practical experience of employee management and employee engagement, which helps enormously when advising clients.

When Victoria left the military, she continued her legal training and has since worked with a large variety of employer clients across all sectors, including the military, universities, local authorities, banking and other professional corporate organisations, not-for-profit companies, SMEs, charities and third sector organisations.

Victoria also provides bespoke online and in-person training on all aspects of employment law and is a professional trainer in leadership and management development.
